Guidelines for Best Hudson Valley Wedding Ever Blog

• Posts should be useful and informative. Focus on topics of interest to Hudson Valley NY brides. If your writing is humorous or entertaining, even better!


• Blog posts may NOT be a blatant advertisement for your services.


• Posts should be 250-500 words. (Can be less if you have >5 photos.)


• You may also post your blog in Youtube embedded video format, 3-10 minutes.


• Write in the first person as if you are talking to a friend who just happens to be a bride.


• Video and/or photos are requested to make the post visually interesting. A minimum of 1 photo is required.


• We assume that you have permission from the photographer and subjects to publish all photos you submit to our site. Make sure you ask first!


• All posts are subject to our editing. Don't worry; we'll be gentle and you have final approval.


• You are welcome to link to your website and/or blog.


• You still own the content and may publish elsewhere; however, we ask that you don't publish it elsewhere on the internet due to duplicate content penalty. In that case, we both lose!
